Internet Business Marketing Ideas for Small Businesses

This is one of my favorite ways of initial marketing. After all, who doesn’t like free?

I have a collection of pens from the Golden 1 Credit Union. They are all bright yellow with black writing, instantly recognizable as the Golden 1.

If you have the budget (it doesn’t cost too much) you can buy some promo pens, have your name and logo printed on them and then give them away for free.

Talk with other businesses in your area, they may be willing to use a couple and put some on the counter for customers to take.

The nice thing about this is that the pens are as inexpensive as $.10 for a decent pen and that is a pretty cheap price for putting your name in the hands of at least one person!
